Delete your FairDrop (PokéSouq) account

FairDrop is the PokéSouq drops app, published on Google Play by TCGSouq.

You can delete your FairDrop account here, or in the FairDrop app: Profile → Delete account.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your display name and avatar.
• Your Emirates ID photo and the details read from it.
• Your notification and device details.
• The text of your comments (they show as "[deleted]").
• Your votes, reactions, poll and quiz answers, interests, game scores, back-in-stock alerts and blocks.

What we keep, and why

• Your FairDrop number, the dates you joined and left, and your drop and order history, with no name or contact details on them.
• Whether the account was blacklisted or blocked, and a coded fingerprint of your Emirates ID number (not the number itself).
• We keep them to prevent fraud, for example so that someone banned for scalping can't start again with a new account. The ID fingerprint is deleted after 3 years; the rest stays with our drop and sales records.

Your pokesouq.com store account is separate

Deleting FairDrop doesn't delete your pokesouq.com store account or your orders. To delete those, email hello@pokesouq.com.

If it's your turn in a drop or you have items reserved, pay or let the timer run out first. If you sign in to FairDrop again later, you start a new, empty account.
